Land to the West of Holbeach Development Brief

The Brief sets out the Council's vision and development objectives for the site. Once finalised the Development Brief will inform any planning applications on the site.

Any representations or comments on the documents should be made in writing and sent to: Planning Policy Team, Council Offices, Priory Road, Spalding, PE11 2XE or submitted via the Land West of Holbeach Online Comments Form, to arrive no later than 5.15pm on 6th January 2009. Comments may be accompanied by a request to be notified at a specific address of the adoption of the Supplementary Planning Document.
