The Document sets out the Councils requirements and expectations for development on the site. Once finalised the Development brief will inform the formulation of a detailed design and layout for the site, prior to the submission of planning applications.
Any representations or comments on the documents should be made in writing and sent to: Planning Policy Team, Council Offices, Priory Road, Spalding, PE11 2XE or emailed to ldf@sholland.gov.uk to arrive no later than 5.15pm on 1 November 2007. Comments may be accompanied by a request to be notified at a specific address of the adoption of the Supplementary Planning Document.
