This assessment will identify sites that may be brought forward for residential development. It should be noted that the identification of sites does not guarantee planning permission. Once completed the Strategic Housing Land Availability Assessment will in effect replace the Urban Capacity Study.
The three Councils are currently in the process of identifying sites in accordance with the agreed methodology, with is available below. Should you with to put forward one or more sites for consideration, please complete the form below (one form from each site) and return to South Kesteven District Council who are collecting the responses.
Also available is the Public notice as will have appeared in Local newspapers covering the three Council's areas. The notice sets out the address to which responses should be sent and also the dates of the consultation. The closing date for the receipt of proposed sites is 22 February 2008.
