Annual Monitoring Report

The Annual Monitoring Reports (AMR) aim to monitor some of the key policies contained within the Local Plan / Local Development Framework (LDF) against key indicators or targets associated with the main land use policy areas of the plan.

Each report examines the performance of the plan over the period 1 April - 31 March. The results of AMRs will therefore be essential in the development of an appropriate policy framework for the emerging LDF and help gauge the success of the LDF in meeting its objectives.
