The Holland Park Development Brief Supplementary Planning Document has now been published for consultation. The Document sets out the Councils requirements and expectations for development on the site. Once finalised the Development brief will inform the formulation of a detailed design and layout for the site, prior to the submission of planning applications.
Any representations or comments on the documents should be made in writing and sent to: Planning Policy Team, Council Offices, Priory Road, Spalding, PE11 2XE or emailed to ldf@sholland.gov.uk to arrive no later than 5.15pm on 1 November 2007. Comments may be accompanied by a request to be notified at a specific address of the adoption of the Supplementary Planning Document.
