The Notice of Adoption for the South Holland Local Plan has been published today, 24 August 2006, in the London Gazette and the Spalding Guardian. This notice follows the adoption of the Local Plan by the Council on 18 July 2006 in accordance with the recommendations set out in the Inspectors report which was binding on the Council.
The text of the newly adopted Local Plan and Schedule of Pre-Inquiry, Inquiry and Inspectors Recommendation Map Changes to the Re-deposit Plan that are included in the 2006 Adopted Plan are available to view along with the Notice of Adoption. Paper copies of the Local Plan and inset maps are available to view at the Council Office in Spalding, Market House in Long Sutton and the District's libraries.
