Animal Welfare

The welfare of animals is an important issue which this authority takes seriously.

If you suspect an animal is being treated cruelly, contact the Royal Society for the Protection of Cruelty to Animals. Contact them at www.rspca.co.uk or telephone the National Cruelty Helpline on 0870 5555 999.

If you need more information, or have a complaint or concern, please contact Customer Services.
