| Benefits Changes Regarding Child Maintenance |
From 27th October 2008, Housing Benefit and Council Tax Benefit calculations will not count any maintenance that you receive for your children. If you already receive these benefits, we will automatically recalculate it and you may get more! If you were previously unsuccessful in applying for benefit, you may now qualify if you apply again.
