Minutes
Minutes of meetings held between January 2004 and November 2005 are available to download here. Choose from the list on the left hand menu. To view minutes for meetings held from December 2005 onwards please refer to the Committees and Panels section which can be found under Council Meetings.
Alternatively to see a minute you may:
- look at copies of minutes at the Council Offices. If you want to take copies away there is a copying fee of 20p per A4 sheet.
- or you can e-mail info@sholland.gov.uk and ask for a minute to be sent to you. If you want the minute to be sent by post please remember to provide your address and note that a charge of 20p per A4 sheet will be made. Alternatively the minute can be e-mailed to you for free
- or you can contact your local library (please note that some libraries only retain minutes for a short period).
If you need to see regular copies of minutes for a particular Committee or Panel you may subscribe. Minutes of that Committee or Panel will then automatically be sent to you. Please contact a member of the Committee staff on 01775 761161 or e-mail info@sholland.gov.uk for details.
