Membership to the Committee is in accordance with political group regulations.  This means that each political group is allocated a number of seats on the Committee calculated to take account of the number of members within that group.  Members of the Development Control Committee are:-

Group Leaders may substitute other members onto the Committee up to 12 noon on the day of the meeting.  Substitutions apply for one meeting only.
