Our Corporate Plan sets out the key priorities for the next five years, and the objectives, actions and performance indicators we will use to measure our achievement against these. At the end of each year we produce an Annual Report to illustrate our successes and failures against each of these.
Throughout the year, we report our progress quarterly through Detailed Priority Reports and monthly through Priority Dashboards (see links below).
