Corporate Charging Policy

How our fees and charges are set

Historically South Holland did not have an overall policy framework for the setting of fees and charges. Fees and charges have been determined by service managers and were largely based on pricing structures that had been rolled forward from year to year, most often uplifted to take account of inflation. The Medium Term Financial Strategy has recently developed the financial planning process to include an annual review of fees and charges. An overall framework for charging policies has now also been developed.
