Your Information Rights

You have a right of access to personal information about yourself held by the Council under The Data Protection Act 1998. The Freedom of Information Act extends that right to cover all types of information with effect from 1 January 2005.

The Council's Information Management policy covers both Data Protection and Freedom of Information.
