Would you like to know more about what we pay for services such as street cleaning, leisure and housing? You can now easily find out online about expenses incurred with suppliers for these services and many others.
South Holland is a progressive district council in England and we offer a wide range of services for over 84,100 residents; many of which are not always supplied by other councils, such as our local housing stock of 3,900 homes.
As a Council we want to be publicly accountable and present our work with openness and transparency. As such, any expenditure over £500 (including VAT) with external suppliers will be made available online in a monthly report, as part of a move to make this information more easily accessible. These reports will be published approximately 10 working days after the end of each calendar month.
The financial data we provide is made available in keeping with the conditions of the Freedom of Information Act, and is freely usable under the terms of the Open Government Licence.
