Deputy Leader of the Council - Portfolio Holder with overarching responsibility reflecting the functions of Financial Strategy, and Portfolio Holder for the following specific functions - Financial Strategy, Value For Money, Asset Strategy, and Efficiency.  Service delivery units of the Portfolio include - Finance, Revenues and Benefits, Legal Services, Asset Management, Member Services, Customer Services, IT, Human Resources, Organisational Development, and Procurement.
