If you are looking for information about your Council Tax band you will need to contact the Valuation Office Agency (VOA). They are responsible for deciding council tax bands.
If you have a genuine concern that your home may be in the wrong band, ring the local VOA office at Lincoln on 01522 340313. They will ask you to explain the reasons why you think your band is wrong and investigate if necessary. Do bear in mind though, that if your band is lower than it should be, it can be corrected and increased.
