Age Concern Boston and South Holland
This charity is committed to making life better for all older people. It provides a variety of services for older people in South Holland including day centres, luncheon clubs, pop in sessions, coffee mornings, community home visiting service, affiliated community clubs and an advice and information service.
British Red Cross
The British Red Cross helps people in crisis, whoever and wherever they are. They are part of a global voluntary network, responding to conflicts, natural disasters and individual emergencies. They enable vulnerable people in the UK and abroad to prepare for and withstand emergencies in their own communities; and when the crisis is over, they help them to recover and move on with their lives.
Fairtrade
A local Fairtrade group has been set up with the aim of establishing South Holland as a Fairtrade District.
Help the Aged
An international charity fighting to free disadvantaged older people from poverty, isolation and neglect. They also research the needs of older people in the UK and overseas and campaign for changes in policy. They provide community services and publish information for the elderly on finance, how to stay healthy as well as guidance on choosing a care home.
IDEA (Improving Donington Environment for All)
A voluntary group of representatives from a variety of community groups, businesses, schools, sport clubs and individuals working together to develop projects that improve the quality of life for residents in Donington.

A multi use centre that provides a wide range of services and information for the local community. Services include an IT learning centre, SHDC access point and conference facility/room hire.

A local charity acting as a focal point for carers in Lincolnshire. They offer support to carers and provide information on all statutory and voluntary organisations that offer services to carers.

WHEAT (Whaplode Heritage and Educational Access Team)
A friendly community group interested in furthering the understanding of the unique heritage of the South Lincolnshire Fens, by way of informative and appropriate re-enactments of historical events associated with the area.
