How we provide this service
Council Car Parks - General Enquiry and Information Request is supported by Environmental Services, Neighbourhood Services.
The council maintains a number of car parks distributed around the area. Below is a list of the car parks, their locations and tariffs. Charges apply Monday - Saturday, 8am - 6pm.
- Sheep Market - Spalding, PE11 1BE (21 spaces +2 disabled)
- Herring Lane - Spalding PE11 1TL (75 spaces +4 disabled)
- Vine Street - Spalding PE11 1AN (67 spaces +3 disabled)
- Victoria Street - Spalding PE11 1EA (201 spaces +5 disabled)
- Holland Road - Spalding PE11 1UL (50 spaces +2 disabled)
- Westlode Street - Spalding PE11 2AF (161 spaces)
- Winfrey Avenue - Spalding PE11 1DA (62 spaces)
- The Vista - Spalding PE11 2RA (68 spaces +8 disabled)
- Swimming Pool - Spalding PE11 1QD (50 spaces +2 disabled)
- Market Place and Broad Street - on street - Spalding PE11 1TB(15 spaces)
- Fishpond Lane - Holbeach PE11 7DE - FREE
- Boston Road - Holbeach - PE12 7EE - 2 Hours free (see below for details) and Pay and display
Disabled drivers: may park in any space without charge for any amount of time -
EXCEPT Sheep Market, where the time restrictions must be obeyed; and Market Place & Broad Street, where payment must be made.
No charges apply on Sundays or Bank Holidays.
Car Park Season Tickets (Quarterly): available for Victoria Street, The Vista, Holland Road, Winfrey Avenue (all Spalding), Boston Road (Holbeach) - follow link for fees, more information and online applications.
Lorry parking: we do not have a lorry park.

Tickets are normally issued for quarterly periods commencing 1 January, 1 April, 1 July and 1 October.
Parking Charges
Charges apply Monday - Saturday, 8am - 6pm unless specified otherwise.
Disabled drivers may park in any space without charge for any amount of time EXCEPT in Sheep Market where the time restrictions must be obeyed, and Market Place and Broad Street where payment must be made.
No Charges on Sundays or Bank Holidays.
